| The swing-wing F-14 Tomcat is the Navy's first-line fighter aircraft. Similar to the Air Force's F-15 Eagle, the F-14 is designed for carrier landings. It has a top speed of Mach 2.34, over 2400 km/h (1500 mph) and a combat radius of 1600 km (1000 mi). |
